Ellen joined the firm in January 2017. Ellen is our “director of first impressions.” She greets all clients and guests as they arrive at or call into our office, and she works closely with all of our staff in servicing client needs and the needs of our office, including event planning and administration. Prior to joining Waterford, Ellen worked with KeyBank (First Niagara) as a Senior Teller. Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike and two children, Elise and Lydia. You’ll often find her reading, listening to a true crime podcast, or spending time with her cat, Phoebe. She also likes listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
